Sweet and Sassy

We had a very busy weekend, so there will be several posts about the whole weekend. I'll start with Saturday morning.

Hallie was invited by her cousin Emma to go to Sweet and Sassy with her Saturday morning. Hallie has been looking forward to this for weeks. We met Lori, Emma, Sue Sue and Bidee at the "salon". The girls got a manicure complete with glitter lotion and sparkly nail polish on their nails. They even got flowers on one of their fingers. After that, they got their hair done like princesses. They both looked beautiful. They got glitter hairspray and were "glowing" from all of the sparkles. They also got a little bit of makeup on and they really felt like princesses.



After all of the treats at the salon, we all went to lunch, the girls were very silly and had a great time. We went to get ladybug cookies afterwards and Hallie was sweet enough to suggest getting a cookie for Blake, since he had missed all the fun. I am very proud of her for always thinking about her brothers. Blake does the same thing, he always gets a sucker for Hallie whenever he gets one at school or the doctor. Hallie and Emma had a great time together, I wish they could play together more often. I'll post more tommorow about the rest of the weekend. I need to spread it out over several days.
